iPad
According to the Wall Street Journal, Apple announced Friday it had sold over a million iPads in 28 days.
It took the iPhone 2 1/2 months to reach that milestone.
I noted in a post a couple of weeks ago, how it would be stupid to buy an iPad due to it’s cost, risk of early bugs, and lack of features.
Well, the public has spoken, when it comes to the iPad.
And I am sure, no one bought it on a credit card that is carrying a balance, bounced the check, suffered an over-draft fee, or opened a store credit card account to make the purchase.
Yea, I believe in Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny, too!!

I was at the Apple store yesterday and the man told me they are selling out daily by 11am. So, its limited production to increase the costs of the iPad. Luckily, I won mine at Money Crashers so the $50 sleeve wasn’t too much to spend on a protective grip cover.
I still admit, it is the spoiled toy for an adult. It does nothing more that a cell phone or computer can’t do. LOL.
Oh ya, he also told me people in Europe are buying them in the States via Ebay for $4K. I was tempted…really tempted. But I think I will thoroughly enjoy the iPad for its eBook capabilities.
Great Job, I am glad someone wins contests-but I guess I would have to enter to win, huh.
Keep us posted on your thoughts on the iPad-what uses you find for it besides reading books.
