Thank you for including my article! Oatmeal with berries, flaxseed is a great way to start the day – and not too expensive either. Just had quick cooking steel cut oats this morning, with blueberries but sans the flaxseed. Heart healthy.
Yes, flaxseed, oatmeal, and blueberries are a heart healthy way to go for breakfast. Good for cholesterol and decreasing inflammation!
